Digital Products and Courses

  • Upon purchasing a course or digital product through Kajabi, Clickfunnels, or Stripe Invoice, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create an account and access your content through Kajabi.
  • If you already have an existing Kajabi account from a previous purchase, you will receive an email notifying you that new content has been added to your course portal.
  • You will also receive a personalized welcome email from Astrid ChaoteĀ with all the details about your product or course, as well as any additional resources related to your purchase.

Memberships

  • If you are part of one of our memberships, you can cancel at any time by reaching out to [email protected]. Please note that we do not offer refunds for previous membership payments.

Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on courses, digital products, or coaching services. All sales are final.

Shipping

  • Since all of our products are digital, no physical items will be shipped.

  • All purchases are made in USD currency.
